Robert Kennedy Jr could be a kingmaker in November's presidential election.

Although his independent campaign is compiling signatures from all 50 states before the deadline, experts say Kennedy only needs a handful of key battleground states in order to have potential impact to the result on election day.

"Although Kennedy would not have enough draw to secure a presidential win, he could very well draw enough support to be a spoiler for either of the front-runners," according to NewsNation.

The outlet suggests that Trump voters are more likely to switch to Kennedy, more so than likely Biden voters.

A recent poll has Kennedy with 8.5 percent of the vote far behind Trump who has just over 42 percent while Biden trails with 41 percent.
